IRONING Website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use,
to these Terms and Conditions. By

4.1. To order from 0700 IRONING,
you must register with us. Payment will be required upon delivery
of ironed/laundered items.
4.2. To register with 0700 IRONING you must be over eighteen
years of age.
4.3. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration
or at any time are correct and complete.
4.4. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information
that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

5. Password and security
5.1. When you register to use the 0700 IRONING Website you will
be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential
and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible
for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your
password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password
you should notify us by contacting us immediately.
5.2. If 0700 IRONING has reason to believe that there is likely
to be a breach of security or misuse of the 0700 IRONING website,
we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your

6.3. There is a minimum order value of £15 per collection.
Orders that total below this value will be charged the minimum order
value of £15.
7. Service Use
7.1. Hangers are supplied free of charge
for your first order. These remain the property of 0700 IRONING
and must be supplied the next time we collect your ironing, otherwise
we will need to charge @ 10p per hanger
the next time we iron your items.
7.2. You may submit orders by using our online ordering facility
at any time after you have created an account. The facility and our
communications to you in relation to any order or contract will be
in the English language. The facility allows you to review your order
and make any corrections before submitting it to us and by submitting
the order you confirm that you have made any such corrections.
7.3. Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter
a contract to use our service; you cannot then withdraw or cancel
your order except as stated below.
7.4 Each order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of
your chosen collection time. We cannot be held responsible for not
fulfilling orders that are booked less than 24 hours in advance of
your chosen collection time.
7.5. No order is accepted from you until we confirm this by writing
to you via email. A contract for use of service arises on our acceptance
of your order.
7.6. Where we accept an order, we do all that we can to ensure
that your order is fulfilled. If we are unable to fulfil an order,
we will inform you as soon as possible of this and you will not be
7.7. 0700 IRONING will endeavour to warn you of any changes to
the prices on our price list page. However, we reserve the right
to change our prices without notice. Current prices will always be
shown in the price list section of our website and can be obtained
by telephoning the office.
7.8. Ordering our service carries with it the obligation to pay
for it unless we receive from you a cancellation of or change
to your orders 24 hours before the collection time. We reserve the
to charge in full for any order unless we have received notice
of cancellation before the 24 hour deadline. This deadline is important
since, typically, we make up the driver schedule over
24 hours in advance, where possible. Any payments you have made
orders which have been properly cancelled will be re-credited
7.9. Despite the above provision, you are entitled to cancel
a payment for orders where fraudulent use has been made of your payment
card by a person not acting, or to be treated as acting, as your
agent. If you have already made a payment where your payment card
has been so fraudulently used, then you should approach your card
issuer for re-credit to your card.
8. Collection/delivery times
8.1. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to
arrange your collection and receive your delivery and giving us appropriate
instructions. In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost
after being handed over to yourself or delegated person, we do not
accept liability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders
from any customer; considerations of collection/delivery problems
may give rise to such a refusal.
8.2. The time slots listed on the website are the free of charge
collection and delivery times. Should you want times outside
of these slots a £1.50 surcharge will apply per visit i.e. £3
for a collection and delivery outside free slots.
8.3. We endeavour to keep your delivery time to within the time
slot, but we reserve the right to change it and will tell you
if we do so.
8.4. If we are unable to deliver to you within the time slots,
or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for
example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown,
congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for
any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not, of course,
charge for goods unless or until we have delivered them to you.
9. Insurance policy
9.1. Our ironers adhere to strict protocols (enforced
by our Quality control administrators) that include ironing
all dark fabrics on the reverse to avoid any possibility of
the fabrics developing a shiny surface and a strict no smoking
is returned fresh and crease free. In the unlikely event of any
garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £40
per item. Each claim must be made at the time of receipt of ironed
iron damaged or shiny items you include with your load will be
returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability
9.2. Leather items. buttons, buckles beading and any other type
of decoration is processed entirely at owners risk.
9.3. Our comprehensive 'goods in transit' insurance policy covers
our vans for any unforeseen circumstances whilst collecting or returning
10. Intellectual property
10.1. All content and programming of the 0700 IRONING website
is the property of 0700 IRONING. You may retrieve and display the
content of the 0700 IRONING website on a computer screen, store such
content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage
device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content
for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise
reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes
any of the materials or content on the 0700 IRONING website without
written permission from 0700 IRONING.
10.2. No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions
to use any trade mark of 0700 IRONING or its affiliates or licensors.
11. Availability of the website
11.1. Although 0700 IRONING aims to offer you the best service
possible, we make no promise that our website services will meet
your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the service will be
fault free. If a fault occurs in the service, please report it to
us (see below for contact details) and we will correct the fault
as soon as we reasonably can.
11.2. Your access to the 0700 IRONING Website may be occasionally
restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction
of new facilities or services. We will restore the service as soon
as we reasonably can. In the event that our website is unavailable,
our usual order and cancellation deadlines apply; please notify us
of changes to your order via email or telephone.
12. 0700 IRONING’s right
12.1. 0700 IRONING may suspend or cancel or any accepted order
your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if
you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
12.2. You can cancel your registration with us at any time by
informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using 0700
services, including this website.
12.3. The suspension or cancellation of your registration shall
not affect either party's rights or liabilities accrued to the date
of termination or any orders submitted by you before we received
notice of your cancellation, and you will continue to be bound by
12.4. Any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions applicable
to the use of the 0700 IRONING website together with and including
paragraph 13 shall survive cancellation.
13. 0700 IRONING’s liabilities
13.1. The 0700 IRONING Website is provided by
0700 IRONING “as
is” without any warranties or guarantees save those set out
in these Terms and Conditions.
13.2. Whilst 0700 IRONING tries to ensure that material included
on the 0700 IRONING website is correct, reputable and of high quality,
we cannot accept responsibility if, despite our endeavours, this
is not the case. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, 0700
IRONING will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for
the results obtained from the use of such information or for any
technical problems you may experience with the 0700 IRONING Website.
If 0700 IRONING is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on
the website, we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon
as we reasonably can.
13.3. We disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:

and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third
Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions
but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party
which exists or is available apart from that Act.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to
time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address
provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement
on the 0700 IRONING website. The changes will apply to the use
of the 0700 IRONING Website after we have given notice. If you
do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, you should
not continue to order from 0700 IRONING or use the 0700 IRONING
